Located in the upscale gated community of Antilles where the amenities are second to none. There is the 11,000 square foot clubhouse with expansive entertainment areas, billiard rooms, fitness center and covered verandas. Outdoor amenities include a community spa and pool with poolside cabana baths and locker rooms, 3 Har-Tru clay tennis courts, tot lots, lawn croquet court and a pavilion. There are catering kitchens in the clubhouse and the pavilion. The homes in the community are at least 30’ apart and have natural gas. There are 8 scenic ponds throughout the community which are used for irrigation. The HOA dues are $400 per month and include lawn care, exterior pest control, trash removal, basic cable, internet, and use of all amenities.
